I first contacted Peter in January 2022 to see if he was interested in a complete Basement finish from scratch (rec room with bar and washroom not a rental suite).
Peter and another contractor made separate visits late January and sent me quotes as per my concept drawings.
I accepted Peter’s quote as it was the best with the most description of scope of work and cost throughout the complete project. Also our conversations about the concept drawings were very good as we seemed to be on the same page about the project.
Peter gave me a start date in mid-April and started on time.
Peter’s work throughout the project was top notch and everything was above and beyond what I had hoped for. All subcontractors (special plumbing vents, electrical and bar cupboards/counters) were very good and did all that was asked for.
Cleanup during every stage of the project was very good as things went along very well. There was not any damage to our house as a result of this project.
Communication throughout between Peter and I were very good as there were small improvement changes made throughout suggested from both of us a various times. Financial settlements at the end of the project for these changes were very fair for that were added.
Peter guided us on where to get special materials such as bathroom tiles and flooring so we could pick out what we wanted. We were very happy with these places and the selection as well. The qualities of all materials were first rate.
I would have no issue recommending Peter for any renovations you may need. Could not be any happier with the results of this project.
